Symmetry Park, Dunchurch just south west of Rugby is an 111-acre site Distribution Centre consisting of 8 units (c. 2 million square foot) with associated on site infrastructure and extensive S278 works to the M45/A45 interchange.

B.Line Plant Limited were appointed by Winvic Construction Limited to install the Pump Station complete with design of all necessary temporary works, the Rising Main on and off site in the B4429 Coventry Road and the associated drainage and finishing works in the vicinity of the Energy Centre.

The temporary works for the Pump Chamber and Wet 2nr cofferdams to enable the construction of the 7.50m deep chambers and the installation of the adjacent water storage facility.

Installation of the deep gravity foul drainage connections to the Pump Station required the use of de-watering to temporarily reduce the water table level of the extremely wet ground and to enable construction.

The Rising Main in the B4429 Coventry Road was traversed by numerous known (and unknown) services with the added complication of maintaining access for residential and business properties.

B.Line worked collaboratively with the Winvic site team to ensure the works were installed safely, on time, to the required adoptable standards whilst embracing several substantial changes to the scope of works.
